8th Grade
The perfect place in my mind is what I am going to write about.
I can imagine a place to me, which is absolutely perfect. You are at a spring cottage, surrounded by colorful gardens of the most unusual flowers. In the center of one circular garden is a swing that hangs from a branch of a tree. The tree up above, blooms in light pink flowers during the spring. It is spring now and everything is in bloom.
Toward the front of the small cottage is a river that flows softly. The edges are shallow but the middle of the river gets deep enough to swim and fish. Upstream a small ways are several different waterfalls. They fall into dark pools and then flow into the river. Some of the rocks I the stream are covered with a green moss.
When you walk into the house there is always flowers on the table and little houseplants in the windows, which seem to brighten up the room. The downstairs is small and cozy. There is a little tiny stairwell that lead up to the loft. The loft has lots of windows that overlook the waterfalls.
To me this sounds as if it might be the perfect place to go.
