CLARITY
A good resume needs to be clear in what is intending to communicate to the employer. This component of a perfect resume goes hand-in-hand with a well organized resume - but it is a little more specific.
This is where your resume will focuse in specific detail on your personal experiences. Depending upon what you want your resume to communicate to the employer will determine what specific details your resume should include.
For instance, consider a person with some experience in a restaurant as a cashier. Before that individual can determine how to include this job experience in their resume, they need to consider what exactly they want their future employers to garner from this experience.
If that person wants to communicate to an employer that they are a viable business candidate, then that person could mold their job experience from this job around their working hands-on with the company's money supply.
If that person wants to communicate to an employer that they work well with people , then that person would mold their job experience from this job around their interactions with customers on a day-to-day basis.
