COMPILATION & ORGANIZATION
How your resume is compiled is a large part of how your resume initially comes across to a potential employer. Good organization and detail are key components of a perfect resume.
A well compiled resume depends in large part upon what your individual strengths are. For instance, someone with a great deal of on-the-job experience would want to organize their resume so that attention is focused on this particular area. Another person with less job experience, but with other attributes, would want to compile their resume very differently from this person's.
A well compiled resume is extremely important in communicating the appropriate message to the employer. Not only do you want the employer to know that you are an organized individual, but you want the employer to be introduced to your strong qualities immediately upon inspecting your resume.
