These activities were developed for 10 to 11 year old fifth year primary school students with limited English proficiency. | |

Goal

The goal of these exercises is to increase students comprehension as well as verbal and written vocabulary. | |

Progression
|
These activities will progress from easy to more challenging exercises. They are designed to build on one another, incorporating vocabulary from previous lessons and activities. | |

Assessment

After each exercise, the percentage of correct answers is displayed. Students learn immediately what how they performed. | |
