Pannkakor

Serves 4

Ingredients:

2 ½ dl flour
½ tsp salt
6 dl milk
3 eggs
2-3 tbsp butter, melted


What to do...

1. Add flour and salt to a large mixing bowl.

2. Add half the milk and mix well. Make sure there are no lumps. Add the rest of the milk.

3. Add the eggs and mix well.

4. Last, but not least, add the melted butter.

5. Fry the pancakes in a flat frying pan. How much batter to use depends on the size of the pan. Let the pancake fry until golden brown. The pancake should be dry on the unfried side.

6. Serve with jam, sugar, and/or whipped cream.
