Smulpaj

Ingredients:

Crumble
100 g butter
2-3 tbsp sugar
1½ dl flour & 1½ dl rolled oats
Filling
4-5 apples
2-3 tbsp sugar
1 tsp cinnamon


What to do...

1. Preheat the oven to 225°C.

2. Melt the butter in a small pan.

3. Add the sugar, flour, and rolled oats.

4. Fill a greased baking dish with pealed and sliced apples. Add the sugar and cinnamon.

5. Add the crumble mixture.

6. Bake until apples are tender and crust is golden brown, 15-20 minutes.
