Cream well and set aside |

1 3/4 cup butterflavored crisco |

3 1/2 cup powdered sugar |

|
Beat together |
|
|
|
3 egg whites |
|
|
|
1 1/2 cup powdered sugar |
|
|
|
Boil together 3 Tablespoons water |
|
|
|
3 Tablespoons granulated sugar |
|
|
|
then drizzle this mixture into the egg white |
|
|
|
mixture and beat until thick |
|
|
|
Add the first mixture (crisco and powdered sugar) |
|
|
|
to this and beat until creamy |

CARROT CAKE |

|
3 large eggs |
|
|
|
1 cup oil |
|
|
|
1 20 oz can crushed pineapple |
|
|
|
1 1/4 cup sugar |
|
|
|
3/4 cup raisins |
|
|
|
Mix all of these ingredients then add |

2 cups flour |

1 1/4 tsp cinammon |

Bake at 350 for 30 min |
