  1. Yesterday, I went to Downtown, met my friend, and had dinner.

きのう、ダウンタウンへいって、ともだちとあって、しょくじをしました。

せんしゅう、そうこうがくえんへ　いって、べんきょうしました。

せんげつ、とうきょうへ　いって　かぶきを　みました。

  1. How was the food in Japan?

にほんの　たべものは　どうでしたか。

  1. It was very delicious and not expensive.

とても　おいしくて　たかくありませんでした。（たかくなかったです）

  1. How was the weather?

てんきは　どうでしたか。

  1. It wasn’t very good.

あまり　よくありませんでした。

  1. I’ll make a phone call to Soko Gakuen.

そうこうがくえんに　でんわを　かけます。

  1. I’ll make a phone call at the library.

としょかんで　でんわを　かけます。

  1. Excuse me, will English do as well? –No, English won’t do.

すみません、えいごでも　いいですか。―いいえ、えいごでは　いけません。

すみません、せんたくきの　つかいかたを　おしえてください。

  1. I’m not sure how to make okonomiyaki….

おこのみやきの　つくりかたが　わからないんですけど。

にほんの　まんがを　よんで、にほんごを　べんきょうします。

にほんじんじゃなくて、アメリカじんです。

このそうじきは　どうですか。―ちいさくて　べんりです。
