Our Baby
These ultrasound pictures were taken at 19 weeks + 1 day.
Profile of the baby's head
This picture of the baby's profile clearly shows the outline of their forehead, nose, & mouth.
Another profile
This is another profile, but you can't see the facial features as well.  Instead of zooming in on the face, you can see the baby's head and abdomen (including the outline of the spinal cord).
The Face
You can see the baby's face pretty clearly (tilt your head to the left).  The baby looks a little bit like an alien, but it is cool to be able to see so much anyway!
The Arm
The circular outline on the left is the baby's head.  On the right, you can see the shoulder, upper-arm bone (the humerus), and then the elbow.  During the ultrasound, we saw the baby extending & moving their arm!
The Tushy
The ultrasound technician was able to view the baby from underneath.  In this picture, the white part on the left of the screen is the baby's arm.  On the right, the horseshoe-shaped object is the baby's legs & tushy.  After 45 minutes of the ultrasound, we weren't able to see 'anything'...

In other words, we are 99% sure that it's going to be a girl!
