| Matthew Waterhouse IS Adric The Worst Companion Ever |
| Somewhat tainting the end of Tom Baker's reign was new companion Adric. One of super-camp Producer John Nathan-Turner's even worse ideas, he envisagd Adric as an Artful Dodger character. There were two main problems with this: (i) they made him a complete nerd, and (ii) they cast a complete nerd to play him. His every appearance and line of dialogue is cringe-worthy as the bumptious little git prances through Peter Davison's early episodes with his pudding bowl-haircut, providing scientific exposition and arguing with all the other characters. And he killed the dinosaurs. |

| Yes, those cute creatures, beloved by little children everywhere were wiped out by this noisome little nerd. Stars of hit Disney movie Dinosaur, the wonderful Land Before Time series, and, who could forget, hilarious sit-com The Dinosaurs they have brought joy to countless youngsters. But this means nothing to Adric. Look at the cruel glint in his eye, the sneer on his face. He truly was even worse than Bonnie Langford. |
