ANNOUNCEMENTS
November 30th
(1) LECTURE NOTES: All notes from the lectures so far have been posted.
(2) TEST #3 STUDY GUIDE: I have posted a study guide for Test #3 (to be given on Thursday, November 30th).  I have been selective of the pages so that you do NOT have read as much.
(3) TERM PAPER: You should submit a draft of your paper by December 12th.  I will not have enough time to read it if you send it later.  While the draft is not graded, you have a much, much better chance of getting a better grade if you receive commments from me.
DOWNLOAD THE TERM PAPER DETAILS AND RUBRIC BELOW FOR MORE DETAILS ON THE EXPECTED CONTENT AND FORMAT.
(4) PRESENTATIONS: Students will make presentations of their research on December 5th and 7th (download information here) after which there will be preparation for the final exam.  I will share the list of the schedule (randomly selected) in class.  You will also summarize three of your classmates' presentations (on at least two different days) as a graded assignment.  A presentation model/template has been posted below for you to download and use to help you organize your presentation.
