| Here are some photos from Ada's graduation from FIU. Having the highest GPA among all 845 graduates, she was called to the podium by FIU President Modesto Madique, to address the assembly. She had one A minus, resulting in an almost perfect 3.984 out of a possible four dot oh! Way to go Ada! |

| They asked the few "summa" folks to stand and did the count down. "Who has a four dot oh?", Madique asks. No one responds. "Three nine nine?" he continues. Again, no one responds. "Three nine eight" and up went Ada's hand. "Well come on up here and tell us who you are, where you are from, where you went to school and give us some words of wisdom!". It was a total surprise!
