February 10, 1999
Sorry for the lack of updates lately,
but I've been working on a new format for the page. There is a lot of new
to report. First, everybody from the 213 will be showing up on Doctor Dre's
Chronic 2000 album which should drop in late 99 or early 2000.
Snoops new album "Top
Dogg" will be a double album that will be released this summer. One disk
will be No Limit style, and the other will be PHAT!! With guest appearances
from Warren, Nate, Dre, DMX etc..
And Finally. At CDNow
from now until February 23rd, there is a sale that gives $10 off to anyone
buying more than $20 worth of CDs. And it just happens that Eminem's "Slim
Shady" is being release on the 23rd. This album is produced by Doctor Dre,
and is amazing. To go and have a look at the track listing, just click
on the picture below.

The
G-Funk Family reports that Snoop, Doctor Dre, and DMX will appear together
on Snoop's new album, Top Dogg. Maybe Snoop will return to his old self
to match styles with the new Dog on the block, DMX.

Here is a track by Snoop, Daz and Raphael
Sadiq called Midnite Love. It was never released from Death Row, but it
is definitely tight.

Unfortunately, the Let Me Ride MP3
will not upload to my site because of its large size (almost 7 minutes)
If anyone has a way that I can upload this file, please email me and let
me know. For now, here is a classic track by Dre and Snoop.

This next MP3 is an amazing remix of
one of Dr Dre's classic tracks, "Let Me Ride". It features George Clinton,
Warren G, Daz, Kurupt, Nate Dogg, and Snoop. Most of the production is
handled be Warren G.

If anyone wants any of the
previous MP3's, just e-mail me and we can work something out. (marko_213@yahoo.com)
In some sadder news,
it looks like Warren G's blazing new album will be delayed until early
2000. This should come as no surprise, but it is still a major let down.
I just wish that record companies would get their act together and start
putting stuff out on time!

December 23, 1998Sorry
for the lack of updates lately, but news has been slow. The major update
for today is the release date for Snoop's new single "Woof!"
on January 12th. It's available at CDNow for $3.00 and it contains an unreleased
track called "It's All On A Ho". The entire release
dates section has been updated, so check it out.

I am going to start a section where
I have an MP3 of the week. If you have any requests, unreleased or released,
just e-mail me at marko_213@yahoo.com and I'll try to put them up. If anyone
is interested in hearing the new Busta Rhymes or DMX albums give me a shout,
I've got my hands on both of them. Anyway, here is one of my favourite
tracks right now, a dope track from DJ Quik's album featuring Nate Dogg
and Snoop Dogg.

No new news on "Long Beach Era" to
report. This will be the spot to see the latest news on the album in the
very near future.
Snoop's concert in London, England
was interupted by gunshots. When he was leaving the stage, he said he'd
offer a thousand pounds to anyone who messed up the person who messed up
his concert.
New Reviews
are up for Ice Cube, Gangsta
Boo, Geto Boys, and Bounty
Killer. Look for TQ and Flipmode coming soon.

The 213 album reported in the last
update looks like a Warren G solo album with a bunch of guest appearances.
It looks like the Death Row camp from the early days are back together.
Here is the track listing courtesy of The
Untouchable Death Row News Site .
Check for this album around February.
All that is left to complete is the marketing and promotion. I don't know
how they kept an album of this calliber quite for so long!
The Release Dates have been updated.
Look for DMX, Busta Rhymes
November 19, 1998

Nate
Dogg's World is back to updating after all their server problems. Here
is some news directly from their site.
-
Rumors have been floating around that
Kurupt was in a new group called The 4 Horsmen. No one was quite sure of
the members of the group. There was also rumors of a project called Three
The Hard Way by Snoop, Kurupt & Ice Cube. Then, rumors started that
the project would be done by Snoop, Kurupt & Daz. The Unofficial Tupac
Homepage reports that Kurupt and Snoop were on the "Bomb Seven at even"
show on 103.5 The Bomb in Sacramento. They said that they were working
on a new album called The 4 Horsemen and that the group included Nate Dogg,
Snoop, Daz & Kurupt. They said that the album would be out on Nate's
label, Dogg Foundation, next summer. They also mentioned that the first
single will be called "Wild, Wild West" and would be out next Spring. This
is pretty good news for Nate's new label, with Snoop, Daz and Kurupt backing
Nate up, Nate could have a very successfull album.

Nate Dogg was on BET Soundstage again
the other day, this time he only performed one song: "Just Another Day"
(one of the more popular songs from his album). It's unlikely that Nate
will release another single, but he may make a video for "Just Another
Day" or "I Don't Wanna Hurt No More." I'd like to thank Jon for filling
me in on this info.

David Ellis from http://reviewz.simplenet.com
reports that: Nate Dogg has written a song for the soundtrack to the new
Jerry Springer movie "Ringmaster." Others to appear on that soundtrack
are 2 Live Crew, Ice T and Reel Tight - Warren G's R&B group who got
a single out right now.
G-Loccz Death Row News Page reports
that Daz is going to be performin in Sacremento with E-40 and Sik Wit It.
Maybe E-40 is going to announce the signing of Daz the same way Master
P announced Snoop as the newest No Limit Soldier.
Check out the Release
Dates for DJ Quik's new album! And check the Reviews
section for new reviews of A+ and Def Jam-Survival of the Illest Tour.

What's up everybody. The main news
for today is that all the hiphopspot related sites have been down lately,
I don't know what's going on with that. If anybody does, e-mail
me and let me know so I can put it on my site.
There has been no news lately about
Daz leaving the Row for Sik Wit It. I'm not sure if that was a rumour or
not. One thing that I do know is that Daz will be featured on one track
from the upcoming Method Man CD. For the full track listing, click here.
October's
News is now at the bottom of the page with the rest of the Old News.
Look out for a review for Pras and
the new A+ coming soon.
