Your Dreams, Your Needs, My Wants

"Nervous?" George asked.
"Well, I don't know, this is the most important thing that is happening in my life," Mark-Paul said sarcasticly.
"Dude, your just getting married!" his friend George exclaimed.
"Oh, I forgot...you've been divorced like what 3 times already," Mark-Paul said straightening his collar.
"Shut up," George replied.
Smiling Mark-Paul looked at the church, he was getting married today.  He had to admit that he was nervous and a bit scared.  He loved Angelica and wanted to spend the rest of this life with her.  Though he was scared since he had grown up with parents that were divorced and almost everybody he knew ended up with a broken heart from a relationship.  Mark-Paul tried to shake the thoughts out of his head and began walking up the steps to the church.
"Mark-Paul!"
Mark-Paul turned around and saw Lynn running up to him.  The smile from his face furned into a frown.
"Hey Lynn,." he said.
"I can't believe I caught you here!" she exclaimed smiling.
Lynn's eyes began to twinkle then as he thought about the time they used to date.  Stop, he told himself.  He had to remind himself then that he was going to get married.
"So why are you dressed up?" she asked.
"Um...well...I'm actually getting married." Mark-Paul explained.
Lynn's eyes stopped twinkling then and her smile faded.
"Well congratulations!  I hope everything works out well!" Lynn said in her forced smile.
"Thanks," Mark-Paul said.
"Mark-Paul we got to go in now," George said after being silent the whole time.
"Oh right, would you like to come inside Lynn?" he asked.
"No that's alright, I have to be going now.  It was nice meeting you.  Bye," she said.
"By,." Mark-Paul said watching her turn around and run away.
"You can still run after he," said George.
"Now why would I do that, I'm getting married," Mark-Paul said walking up the gravel steps.
"I remember once you had told me about a guy and girl who had fallen in love.  Due to the fact that they lived far apart from one another the relationship broke up."
"What does this have to do with me," Mark-Paul said as he stopped walking up the steps.
"You know clearly well that the story was of you and Lynn," George summarized.
"So that was in the past."
"But the thing is you still have feelings for her."
"Like I said it's in the past," Mark-Paul repeated walking up the steps again.
"Fine, but if you end up regreting this remember that it wasn't my fault," George said following him up the steps.
"I won't because I love Angelica and that's that."
Mark-Paul opened the church doors then and walked inside with George still behind him.

-40 minutes later-

Mark-Paul looked at Angelica when the priest was done with his sentence.
"I..." Mark-Paul began.  Say it, he thought seeing Angelica look at him with her green eyes.  Then questions began to form in his head, did he really love her?  Was this marriage about him trying to forget Lynn?  No, he thought I do love Angelica I must love her.  He could tell everyone was waiting for him to say it now and he couldn't disappoint anyone here, mostly Angelica.  Her face was filled with pure innocence and her hair was put up in beautiful brown curls with a couple of strands flowing down on the sides of her face.
"Mr. Gosselaar?" the priest questioned.
"I do," Mark-Paul said quickly knowing that with that answer he wasn't living a life for himself anymore, but he was living it for Angelica.  He was now part of her world, her thoughts, and her dreams.....forever.
