To make an extremely long story short, I read about his death a couple years ago, and since then, have been completely transformed. Like him, I am now a vegetarian, and like him, I now care more about the things around me. Or at least, I try to. Sometimes I feel sad about his death...it’s not fun to think about. First off, I feel comfortable watching him act. Its not like when I watch other actors when I have to close my eyes sometimes because I know that their acting will go downhill or I because I know I will be bombarded by what the core of the meaning “amateur” is. Not like that. And he doesn't look like he is getting paid to act. He enjoys what he does, and that’s important. The main reason above all, is because I don't have to be afraid about liking him because I can safely look at his life and not be disappointed about what is really behind the actor. I can be proud of who I can look up to in Hollywood, and not have to be sidetracked by a bad reality when watching him play someone else. He did make some mistakes, (an obvious understatement if you ever saw one), but he was taken advantage of, and influenced by others. Not a reflection of who I really way. He really is pure from the inside out, unlike other actors of whom I find out are being eaten away by Hollywood, drugs, violence, or other crazy things that you can't even imagine. He was underestimated, and still is. What happened over ten years ago shouldn’t be a cause for labeling or judging. Everyone knew who he really was. And just because he died in 1993, doesn't mean he fell silent. |

Every time I picture her, she is acting out a scene with all her emotions and all of her power. That’s all I see. She takes her characters to far places. She takes every scene with precise detail, so obviously, that it is apparent that the director isn’t in complete control of this wildly talented actress. What more could you ask of? She is the only one that made "The Others" worth watching. She puts so much passion into her work it inspires me to do better in film itself, and it inspires me to expect more of my actors. I hope that some day I will be able to work with her, because I know her limit is the sky, motivating my own limits in my mind of work. |

Yes, it's the girl from Roseanne! Roseanne is a very popular TV show that sky rocketed with viewers in the 80s and 90s. I love the show, and don’t look at the dated qualities, rather, the quality of the presentation. It is something Full House couldn’t compare to, but apparently, our society today, contains challenged TV viewers who cannot see quality for what it is. I'm sorry Full House fans, but that show makes me want to convulse what I eat. I have nothing against the fans, but it’s not a relevant show. The endings that are supposed to be touching and emotional make me slam my pillow against my face. The acting is as convincing as a teenager, jock-produced student film. The jokes are so bad, I'm not even sure a live audience would laugh at them. Anyway, the point is, every time I see this girl walk into frame, I laugh. Looking at that picture above makes me want to laugh (not that she is funny looking or anything...). She is SO funny; I have to make sure I went to the bathroom before watching the show, or I have to bring extra towels. She turns the jokes into three times funnier than how they were made out to be. Her acting is so awesome, I don't even believe it was scripted. The indescribable way that she expresses her movements, face, and words that correspond with the jokes make them hilarious, and make her personally unique to her character. She dives into her characters like no other.
There is one thing that really sets me off, however: she is inappropriately under-rated. It's ridiculous. She has won zero awards for her great acting achievements (maybe one). It seems like after the series, not only was she under looked, she was also left in the dark, never really appearing to public television or film again, which could have been her choice. But, for those of you who take the time to study this actress of exceptional talent, in the few of the works she has done, you will see that she is truly an acting piece of work. |

This actress is also very funny. If anyone, it is her that makes the Disney channel look good. She stars in "That’s So Raven" on the Disney channel (channel 51). She is a funny little bundle of energy. She is the reason I watch that show (of course). Her unique acting style to the script is expressed in such a way that it hits the funny bone deep with in you just right. Watch her, you will see! I just wish that she would move up from the baby stuff, to Hollywood film, where the big girls are. I think she would be incredible if she were placed on big-screen. She needs to expand her talents. |
