Description: Students compete in UIL contests at the local, district, regional, and state level. Membership Requirements:  Students must be enrolled in or successfully completed Accounting 1 and committed to attending contests several Saturdays during the school year including overnight trips, and work/study additional hours on practice exams. Additional Information: The UIL Accounting contest consists of a one-hour objective test which coveres the complete Accounting cycle for sole proprietorships and corporate accounting, merchandising businesses and payroll.

2005 District Contest Results Congratulations to Laura on placing first and to Desiree for placing third. As a team, Laura, Desiree and Melissa placed second.
