"Well... they're both red" |

[Monday, August 11, 2003 - 5.26pm PT] My friends and I usually have a "Get-together" where we meet up at someone's place, sit back, and play videogames for the rest of the afternoon and into the evening. I've played the first Smash Brothers game for the N64, but not frequently. I recall playing it twice, maybe three times at the most. During the course of our gaming, we indulge in such great games such as Super Smash Brothers Melee, Gitaroo-Man, Time Splitters 2, and on occasion, DDR. Even though I don't currently own a Game Cube, I've become obsessed with Super Smash Brothers Melee whenever we play it. My characters of choice are Roy, Falco and now I'm growing fond of Link. As well, my button/stick of choice is the C stick, which is an automatic smash attack. Am I lazy? Am I a n00b? Sorry, back to the comic. I recall the early days when I was still getting used to each stage in Super Smash Brothers Melee. I didn't particularly like the new Yoshi stage for it was a tad small. However, I loved the fishies. Whenever we play that stage, I get side tracked and I try to kock those red flounders out of the air, but in the process, I leave myself open for a good old smash attack. One day, I said to my buddies, "I wanna play that new Yoshi stage. I love smashing those fishes". Strange how fast I can cause an akward silence. Eventually, I was corrected and everyone got a good laugh at my expense. -The Henrimeister |
