A Prayer For Mother's Day Above all else, a mother's a giver, of birth, of her time and of her love. So I pray she be given to, as well, I pray to God in heaven above. May each mother on Mother's Day. receive a card, a present or a call. To show she's remembered and loved, and she's appreciated, most of all. For a mother is simply special, and should always be seen as such. And just as she loves completely, she deserves to be loved as much. And though she is ours forever, measured is her time on earth. So I pray that all her children, cherish that time, and note it's worth. A mother and a child are bonded, they're not meant to come apart. So i pray where they're estranged, they join again, in mind and heart. And I pray each mother's honored, beyond just a Sunday in May.
