HONEY, HONEY, BABY ME!

Honey, honey, baby me,
I don't feel good today.
My throat's kinda scratchy,
I'm in a real bad way.

And Hon, please call in for me,
tell them maybe it's the flu.
Gee, I'm not really hungry,
but I should eat a bite or two.

Maybe some eggs and ham,
and an English buttered well,
and a little coffee with cream,
and oh, that little dinner bell.

Please fluff up my pillow for me,
and I'll need the paper, Hon.
Maybe a couple more pillows,
and the blinds - there's too much sun.

Be sure to bring over the guide,
and the remote control, too.
I may want to watch some TV,
and I won't want to bother you.

And once you get me settled,
I'll be just fine until lunch,
And I can always ring the bell
if I need you, Honey Bunch.

Oh, and I'll need a basin,
and a soft wash cloth,too.
And a nice clean tee shirt,
gee, I sure hate troubling you.

You should check my temp,
maybe I need some kind of pill,
It's such a pain in the butt,
I just hate being this ill.

And thanks, Hon, for babying me,
though I know how you love to.
And if you ever get sick one day,
Honey, I'll do the same for you.
