Description: The other protagonist of this story, and the odd type too. Tschel's not an odd person per se, but he does come off as a bit distant and cold to random people. He is, however, a caring person towards people he likes, and very thoughtful to his Pokémon (what is this, a personals ad?). He's made it his goal to be a royal pain in the rear (can't swear, this site's linked from the 'Gym) of Team Rocket, since they did some nasty things to his Eeveelutions' mother. This sort of vengeance does indeed take control of him sometimes, to the point where he puts it above anything else he's doing at the moment, often leaving a lasting impression on anyone with him. He also likes Alex—yes, in that way—for reasons he can't quite figure out. He also suspects that Alex is sending him all sorts of signals, but in the true animé fashion, he's too dense to pick them up.
