n     Designing an enhancement to BRG’s billing and time management systems to allow an automated upload of subcontractor billing data and customer cost allocation data into BRG’s systems, and electronic invoicing from BRG’s billing and accounting system to customer’s billing system, PeopleSoft.  System enhancements reduced time required to perform monthly billings from 21 business days to nine business days; nine day schedule allows quality control checks by BRG Site Manager, subcontractor Site Manager and customer procurement specialists.

n     Planning and managing the implementation of Computer Aided Facility Management software solutions for large organizations and Fortune 1000 companies, including Raytheon, the District of Columbia Office of Property Management, the University of Illinois (Urbana-Champaign, Chicago and Springfield campuses), American Express, and the US Department of Transportation.  Also worked to support CAFM implementations for University of Texas Medical Branch, Johns Hopkins University, PNC Bank, Bank One, USAA, TXU, First National Bank of Omaha, and Guaranty Federal Bank.

n     In 2000, I was asked to take over the management of BRG’s Information Technology department.  Reduced IT headcount from 13 to 5 while improving customer service and response time.  Reduced IT budget by 45% in first year.  Replaced all employees but 2 while simultaneously improving operations and customer satisfaction.

n     Developing a cost reduction plan that saved 15% per year in local phone, teleconferencing and network costs.
