Saying goodbye to the last of the flowers in the veggie garden

Those bushy things with the large leaves are the artichokes. I planted those from seed for the first time this year.  I got one artichoke!  I'm going to dig half the roots and store them, and mulch the rest in the garden.  I'll let you know how it works out.

The bushy looking plants on the left of this picture are the Matt's Heirloom Cherry tomato Jungle!! I needed a machete to harvest those! Very prolific plant! Want seeds?  Email me
