Recipe:

Wine souce

1 1/4 cup dry red wine
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cardamon
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon salt

Heat oil, add flour and fry for 20 seconds. Add sugar. Slowly add wine and water. Bring to boil. Add spices, turn the heat down. Slowly boil for 5-8 minutes.
Serve with steamed rice and roast beef.
