Have you in your description 'answered' on these questions: What do do you see? What kind of a painting technique was used? Observe artistic composition? What is a topic of this painting? What is on the picture? Did you describe:  water                              reflection                              grass                              trees                              light                              shade Did you describe colours and their meanings? Did you observe people and their 'movement'? What do these people on the painting do? How do they look like? What did you say about the mood / atmosphere in the painting? If you unswered "YES" to all or to the most of these questions you have done a very good observation. Make sure your text is structured well and that its parts (paragraphs) are well linked. Well done!
