Beverly June Stark, local resident of Owasso, Oklahoma, formerly of Bartlesville, died Sunday, August 7, 2005, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, at the age of 63 years. She was born February 12, 1942, in Bartlesville, Oklahoma, to Glen J. and Helen L. (Hawkins) Cowan. She was reared and educated in Bartlesville and graduated with the Bartlesville College High School Class of 1960.  She was married June 1, 1962, in Dewey, Oklahoma, to Harvey L. Stark. They moved to Tulsa in 1970 and had been faithful members of Woodlake Assembly of God in Tulsa. She spent much of her working life as office manager for the Mingo Valley Christian School. She was also active in the Festival Congregation involving home fellowships. She enjoyed a variety of pastimes including reading and helping people. She also loved spending time with her grandkids.
Loving family members include: Her husband of over 43 years; Harvey, of the home; Son and daughter-in-law; Craig and Emily Stark, of Chelsea, Oklahoma; Three grandchildren; Abigail, Wyatt, and Garrett; Brother and sister-in-law; Steve and Patty Cowan, of Ardmore, Oklahoma; Sister and brother-in-law; Diana and Benny Fielder, of Bartlesville; Father; Glen Cowan, of Dewey, Oklahoma.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Helen Cowan.
Funeral services were held 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, August 10, 2005, at Memorial Bible Church in Tulsa with Pastor Dennis Queen officiating. A graveside services were held 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, at White Rose Cemetery in Bartlesville, Oklahoma

Mr. Robert "Bob" Inge Sewell, Jr., 64, passed away in Shreveport LA.  Graveside services will begin at 1:30 P.M. on Monday, March 13 2006 at Forest Park Cemetery
Bob, born August 20, 1942, was a native of Bartlesville, and a resident of Shreveport since 1963.  He was a member of the Independent Land Man Association and the Elk's Lodge.  He graduated College High School in Bartlesville, attended the University of Oklahoma and was an avid OU Sooners Fan.  He was very interested in family genealogy and was a cousin of American playwright, William Inge.
Bob was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Inge Sewell, Sr. and Martha Goodloe Sewell; infant brother William Bent Sewell; Uncle's Ernest Sewell of Bartlesville and Albert Sewell of Independence, KS  He is survived by his three daughters, Becky Burch Slack and husband Joe, of Nowata, OK,  Shirley Moore and husband, Rick of Barnsdall, OK, and Bobbie Feeler and husband, Keith of Langley, OK; grandchildren Jessie Burch, Tyler Kay and Meghan Moore, and Kaleb and Spencer Feeler; and sister Anne Sewell.

We mourn the passing of Clell Edward "Eddie" Gibson, Jr. who died July 25th, 2006 in Norman, Oklahoma after a battle with cancer.

Ed was born April 4, 1942 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He grew up in Bartlesville where he graduated from College High School in 1960 and enlisted in the US Army. He received an honorable discharge and began working as a draftsman for Cities Service Company where he met and married Barbara Lynn May in 1962. They had one son and moved to Kansas where he was active in the Masonic Lodge and Demolay. Ed and his family lived in Scranton, Kansas until Barbara’s death in 1987. He returned to Oklahoma and remarried to Linda Fenton in 2000. Ed and Linda made their home in Lexington, Oklahoma.

He is survived by his wife Linda of Lexington, his sister, Ava Carson and her husband, Ed, his uncle Jay Gibson and wife Erica, his Sister-in-law Linda Gibson and her daughters Kristi Hallgarth and Sheri Booker, and his son Curtis Gibson and grandson Collin. Ed was preceded in death by his parents, Clell and May Gibson, his brother Larry Gibson

Leroy Harvey Heaton   -Dec. 28, 1941 — Nov. 9, 2006

Leroy Heaton, 64, of Albany died Thursday at Samaritan Albany General Hospital.
He was born in Oakley, Kan., the son of Harvey Edward and Violet Mae (Kite) Heaton. He graduated
from high school in Bartlesville, Okla. He attended Oklahoma State and Colorado State, receiving his
master’s degree in fishery biology.   Leroy married Jan Creveling on March 12, 1965, in Ponca City, Okla.
They moved to Washington in 1967 to the Tri-Cities area. They moved to the Albany area in 1968 and
had lived here since.
He taught at Linn-Benton Community College for about 24 years, retiring in the early 1990s.
Leroy was a member of the First United Methodist Church, Albany Tennis Club and Sigma Alpha Epsilon.
He enjoyed hunting and fishing. He loved spending time with his grandchildren. He played Santa Claus at schools and Storybook Land.
Leroy is survived by wife Jan Heaton of Albany; children and their spouses Jon and Amy Heaton and Carrie and Terry Marstall of Albany; grandchildren Kaylee, Courtney, Torrie, Hillary and Alyssa; and brother Larry Heaton of Freeburg, Ill. He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Miriam King.
A celebration of life will be at 4 p.m. Monday at the First United Methodist Church.

Robin Lennox Bim, 64 of Amarillo, died Friday, March 2, 2007.
Memorial services will be 1 p.m. Monday in St. Stephen West Campus with the Rev. Rusty Sieck, pastor, officiating. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors, 2800 Paramount.
Mr. Bim was born April 26, 1942, in Laverne, Minn., to O. A. and Elizabeth Myers Bim. He grew up in Bartlesville, Okla., prior to moving to Amarillo over 40 years ago.
Mr. Bim worked with Acton Mechanical in the heating and air conditioning industry. He served with the U.S.
Army  in Vietnam.    Survivors include his wife, Anne, and her daughter, Desiree of the home: and his parents,
O.A. & Betty Bim of Amarillo; a brother, Brian Bim and wife Diane of Amarillo; a nephew, Brett Bim and wife
Kathryn of Wylie; and several aunts and uncles.
The family suggests memorials to St. Stephen West Campus, 4415 Wesley Drive, Amarillo, TX 79121.

Mrs. Patt Woods, 65, died Thursday, October 18, 2007 at her home in Bartlesville following an extended illness.
Memorial funds have been established and those who wish may send their contributions to First Christian Church, 520 SE Osage Ave., Bartlesville, OK 74003 or to Cornerstone Hospice, 3414 SE Kentucky, Bartlesville, OK 74006.
Mrs Woods was born on April 20, 1942 in Bartlesville to Randolph "Tubby" and Maudie(Johnston) Lynn.  She grew up in Bartlesville and graduated from College High School in 1960.  She made her home in Kansas City for 25 years where she was a sales rep for Seal-Rite.  She returned to Bartlesville to make her home in 1988 and has lived here since that time.
Survivors include her husband, Danny Ray  Woods of Bartlesville, one son, Christopher Foster of Kansas City, Mo, step sons, Tim Laughery and his wife, Lisa, and Monte Laughery and his wife, Audrey, and step daughter Donna Young and her husband, Britt, one brother, John Lynn and his wife, Ellen of Arlington, Virginia, and several step grandchildren.
Jimmie Lee Dean - 10/03/1942 - July 16, 2008
Mr Jimmie Lee Dean, 65 of Bartlesville, died at 5:35 Wednesday following an extended illness.

Mr. Dean was  born in Bartlesville on October 3, 1942 to Marion Obid and Maude F. (Payne) Dean.  He grew up and received his education in Bartlesville graduating from College High School in 1960.   He entered the United States Navy in December 1961 and serving with them until receiving his honorable Discharge on April 26, 1966.   He rreturned to Bartlesville and was employed with Phillips Petroleum as a blow molding techician until his retirement.   He was an avid hunter and fisherman.
Survivors include one son, Jimmie Clark Dean and his wife, Lori of Meeker, OK.  Three sisters, mary Lou Lape of Bartlesville, Nancy boyd and her husband Oscar of  Bartlesville, and Sarah Bell Grandstaff and her husband courtney of Dewey, and several nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, Marion Dean Jr. and two nephews, Paul David Dean and James Lape.

Dale Royce Raper, 65, of Bartlesville, died at 7:35 a.m. Wednesday at his home.  Survivors include his companion, Nancy D. Jourdan of Bartlesville; five children, Steven Curtis Raper of Pawhuska, Larry William Raper of Victoria, TX, Regina Sue Hart of Victoria, Johnny Ray and Richard Lee Raper, both of Pawhuska; two brothers and a number of grandchildren.
Billie Gene Hain 07/1/1942 - 09/22/2008
Bill was born July 1, 1942 to Evelyn and Danald Hain in Bartlesville, OK.  He graduated from College High in 1961(?) and in August of that same year he joined the U. S. Navy where he served 2 years at Point Mugu in Oxnard, CA., and 2 years aboard the USS Ranger.  He married Mary Joan Novak on July 7 1962 at St. Johns Catholic Church in Bartlesville and they had two children. He worked for Delto Electronics in Oakland, CA before he and Mary moved to Dewey OK .   Bill worked for Reda Pump for 2 years before working for National Zinc where he retired in 2004 after 38 years of service.
Bill is survived by his wife of 46 years Mary Joan Hain of the home, his daughter Jeana Renee Freeman and her husband James of Dewey.  Two grandsons Logan and Lane Freeman, his sister Lynda Tate of Dewey, his daughter-in-law, Shelly Hain, his niece Kim Tate. Bill is preceded in death by his mother and stepfather Evelyn and Raymond Burrows, his father and stepmother Donald and Hattie Hain,  his son Joseph William Hain in 2006 and his beloved Granny, Agnes Morrison.

onald Dean Kesler, Sr., 66, died at 1:25 p.m. on Sunday in the Jane Phillips Medical Center.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday in the Trinity Baptist Church with the Rev. Ed Gordon of Trinity Baptist Church officiating. Interment will be in the Ethel Reece Cemetery at Barnsdall, Oklahoma under the direction of the Stumpff Funeral Home & Crematory.
Casket escorts will include: Rob Kesler, Ron Kesler, Andrew Kesler, Caleb Kesler, Jesse Carley and Brandon Sturm.
Ronald Dean Kesler Sr. was born October 13, 1942 at Independence, Kansas to Quintin and Mary Isabelle (Hummel) Kesler. He was raised and received his education in Bartlesville, Oklahoma, graduating high school here in 1964. He was married to Janette Marie Henson on September 18, 1964 at Bartlesville. Mr. Kesler owned and operated General Maintenance Company for forty-four years retiring in October of 2008. Mr. Kesler was a member of the First Baptist Church in Bartlesville.
Survivors include; his wife Janette Marie Kesler of the family home; two sons Ronald Dean Kesler Jr. and his wife Julie and Rob Kelser and his wife Teresa; all of Bartlesville; one daughter Laura Kesler of El Reno, Oklahoma one sister Marlene Merritt also of Bartlesville; five grandchildren; Amanda Gutierrez, Toni Armitage, Kelsi Kesler, Andrew Kesler and Caleb Kesler and three great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents.
