English-Spanish Scientific Translation



** Translation of articles, letters and/or publications in Medicine and Biology from
                                       English into Spanish and from Spanish into English.
      ** I can assist in establishing links with scientists and Health Departments in Spanish  
                                       speaking countries. I may travel if required.

                            Since my accreditation with Multicultural Services (Department of the Secretary of State of Canada), in 1993,
                    I am doing English-Spanish Medical and Scientific translations. I have contracts with Multicultural Services, with
                    the Department of Paediatrics, at the Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario, and with the Canadian Ethnocultural
                    Council, in Ottawa.
    
                            Presently, I am collaborating with the Department of Biochemistry, Immunology and Microbiology of the
                    University of Ottawa, in their communications with Latin America. I am organizing an electronic network (in
                    Spanish and English) between the Department of Microbiology and local groups working in gonorrhoea in several
                    Latin American countries.

                            In addition, I hold the position of Associate Professor of the PEDECIBA (Program for the Development of
                    the Basic Sciences) in Uruguay, where I travel periodically to give lectures, and participate in courses, workshops,
                    and seminars.
