MY OTHER RC

BESIDES small, miniature RC cars, I do take time to tend other scale of RC -- 1/10th. I got the TG-10 this summer and only ran the car for a month, then school started. It's the Tamiya high equipped model of the TG-10 and comes with bearings, a graphite upper deck, a thick duraluminum chassis and some other stuff. Power comes from an OS 12LD non-pull start engine. Trust me, this thing hauls! Control comes from a KoPropo EX-1 Mars. HPI came out with a Honda Civic SiR at the time, so I snatched one for my TG-10. Have some photos of it posted later!
The M-03 is basically stock except for bearing and Tamiya teflon coated aluminum shocks. There's no electronics on the car now. I haven't driven that car since fall '98. I bought it that summer for the Canadian TCS series. Later I extended the wheelbase and topped the chassis with an HPI Honda Civic Hatchback body, which I painted in red and white; replicating the Japanese 'RSR' or 'Vision R' team theme.
I had the M-02 along time ago, and entered it in the Canadian TCS Series back in '98. I won the mini class title, and I was sent to Tamiya America headquaters to compete with other finalists. I placed pretty bad! Ended up in C main first. Besides bearings, titanium screws and tamiya plastic shocks, I entered the car basically stock. In the series, I used a Tamiya Fiat Abarth racing body and once again, I copied another Japanese racing team, team 'Calsonic.' The car is still in it's battle shape and wounds, and sits high up in my closet almost forgotten.
There's nothing special to say about my FF-01 and the TA-02. I only use them as display chassis' to mount bodies I have completed. They are each sitting under a Tamiya body that's painted the theme they were meant to be.
I got the Isuzu Mu (Amigo) because of the 1/32 Mu. I really loved that car after I made a small RC model of it. The truck is stock without any modification but sports a Prodigy ESC and uses a KoPropo EX-1 Precious for signals. I haven't painted the body yet, but when I do, i'll be posting alot of pictures of it and it would be sitting beside the small one too!
