| Two similar pictures taken about ten seconds apart of one of my instructor's miniature horses. This is Petite. She's quite a pretty little mare and the pattern of markings on her body is almost exactly the same on each side - a trait that is viewed as desireable among painted horses and ponies. The wooden wall of her stall behind her is just the right color for bringing out Petite's coloring. The white stands out and the chestnut is complemented by the slight reddish tinge in the wood. |
