Leitch 23B Sports Racer DIY Adjustable Cam Sprokets
		To aid setting up the cam timing I wanted to fit adjustable cam sprockets. Unfortunately these aren't cheap if you have to import them. To get around this I modified a pair of Ford Crossflow cam sprockets. I made the sprockets with 15 degrees of adjustment . +/- 7.5 as there are 32 teth which over 360 degrees is 11.25 degrees per tooth. So theoretically I should have ample adjustment. The total cost of the sprockets was $30 as I used crossflow sprockets. You have to be carefull when using crossflow sprokets as the timing marks are in a different position. Timing marks even differ on a Twin Cam between the Inlet and Exhaust. There is a one tooth difference in the mark positions.
