| I'm changing my friend I do know for sure I know I have found the most awesome cure I feel so much different I feel so alive I've got the faith within me it's given me drive I've lost some weight I don't know why It feels so good I didn't even hardly try Next week I may find that my old fitting cloths Will fit once again, I can even see my toes You know I've always had a good appetite I was always hungry I didn't feel just right Now I have something that fills me up The spirit inside me as I drink from his cup Good things will happen without ever thinking If you keep your mind focused and not ever blinking I let the will of the Lord fill my hungry soul He fills me with knowledge and I feel so full Though my big butt's still there I can definitely feel A change in my life it's a much better deal Even if I have to face trouble and woe I will look to the Lord and I won't be so low I'll thank him for my peace and wish good will on all Knowing he'll be there you can bet I will call On his power to change the way that I look at life It's with his will in my thoughts that I will get by I hope I've not scarred you or made you feel bad My thoughts are so busy you know I have had The best two weeks of my life and I'm forty-four I'm thankful to Jesus he didn't shut the door As I go off to church I think of how it used to feel And now I head off and I'm filled with such zeal Thank the Lord for giving me truth and a vision With him as my master I'm filled with fresh wisdom Marty 1/21/1 |
