As far as damage, this is the superior model. Taking his style from X-Men Vs Streetfighter, this Wolverine gets back to basics and doesn't hold back. Normal ground to air combos do as much damage as some super moves alone. It's a debateable point, but some say the bone claws give him a lil more range. Some of his combos definitly connect better than his adamantium laced twin. The D+FP connects eaily after any other attack and followed by a QP berserker barrage, can be canceled into the Berserker barrage X. As has been the case with Wolverine from day 1, he has no projectiles but his own body. His dash alone gets him across the screen as fast as any Optic blast.
Best assist: Ground (FP)
While battling a large opponent: Keep rushing your opponent, they're too slow to do anything except throw you, and your quick attacks are too fast for them to want to try that all game. Use your specials only to finish off combos, otherwise, even the largest guy will see it commin and counter it.
While battling a small opponent: There's gonna be plenty of jumping around, and that's what you want. The speed of your dash, and the majority of your attacks will make even the fastest of players retreat and send projectiles your way. Just keep a mid range, and always dash because the end of your attacks usually make you bounce a safe distance.
While battling an average opponent: This is your strongest matchup, not only do you have the speed to make opponents not want to miss a projectile, but you can dash and catch them at any moment. You MUST utilize your speed and dashing, you can dash and reach anyone on the screen if timed right, and you have to be offensive at all times because Wolverine's attacks lack damage. Just focus on finding an opening, and don't give em any space.
