Strategy:
It was almost hate at first sight since his debut appearance on Marvel Vs Capcom part 1. He's a pretty cowardly fella whether played by the computer, or by a cheap human opponent. His keep away game is almost all-round. Strong anti-air, his Flame thrower spans the whole screen with very little lag time, and his moves are unbelievably strong. Definity one of the Best assist on the Game (if not THE best) if you consider him in your starting lineup save him for last. From the 'Captain corridor' to the 'Captain sword', any opponent caught sleepin' is in for a rude awakening.

Best assist: Anti-air (Captain corridor)

While battling a large opponent: You got strong moves to shut up even the strongest enemy, keep your attacks up and when the enemy is close use an evade attack (Captain corridor) then get your helpers in on the action. Keep at a distance but keep attacking, your Flame thrower can reach all the big guys.

While battling a small opponent: Don't worry bout firepower cause you got it, just keep rushing small opponents and try not to walk into projectiles. They won't try to throw you when you do that 'Captain corridor' close range.

While battling an average opponent: This is somewhat tricky but with practice it's Captain commando's true cheapness, even if you hit a blocking opponent, make sure every attack connects. Use only Flame throwers and helpers when the enemy is far, when they're close always block, when in air, use Captain corridor (if they block they usually can't counter) Captain commando also has a throw that takes a lotta damage, and for a slower character it's surprisingly easy to do (Zangief has that ability too) just try to get some combos goin and add finishers.
