Strategy:
  Yep, I hate him too. Only cause he blocks too damn much. I respect a player who utillizes him more offensively. Charging doesn't necessarily mean defence. With the exception of the Sonic blade attack, Charlie can pretty easily combo into his specials. His air combo is kinda pretty lookin if you add the air Somersault kick into it. Balancing out his defensive nature is a powerful punch behind his attacks. Patience pays off in that respect.

Best Assist: Anti-air (Sonic blade)

While battling a large opponent: Your moves are basically slow but strong, keep attacking and only use the Sonic blade attack finishing off combos.

While battling a small opponent: Keep guarding yourself, lil guys can be real tricky, most of your moves suck so try getting close and doing combos or throws. If they're throwin projectiles, try to keep up with them using Sonic boom attacks, then trick them with a super.

While battling an average opponent: If you are at a distance keep using projectiles, if you are close don't do any of his moves just do basic weak punches and fierce low kicks. Charlie's attacks are more defensive but you gotta make the most of them, only use his moves when finishing a combo because the delay after his attacks are long.
