Strategy:
Although I hate him for his cheap keep away tactics, Victor Von Doom is still not as bad as some of the competition I've seen. He has the basic anatomy of any character who can fly. Air dashes and the like (we have a floater), his moves cover more of the screen than his airborne peers. Aside for being faster than most big guys he's got some solid attacks, and his specials are very effective.

Best assist: Anti-air (Molecular shield)

While battling a large opponent: While possesing keep away tactics and firepower that reaches most of the screen. Just keep a distance, go ahead and keep the fight in the air if you have to, the size of your firepower can hit the big guys all day.

While battling a small opponent: Look out for cheap combos, you might be fast but you're a big guy and a easy target to hit, so keep a distance. The ground is your enemy against these quick small guys, you only want to use your Molecular shield if they're trying to throw you because of the delay.

While battling an average opponents: Play average opponents like large opponents unless they got serious speed. Your projectiles are very effective, so are your specials, but your real advantage is fighting in the air.
