Strategy:
Conceptually, I don't think Jill belongs here, but she has turned out to be quite the competitor. She gets around the screen well and her keep away game is pretty much all round, her assist are the best, and her specials got some serious damage in them. Her weakness is air, but you have a good anti-air game.

Best assist: Projectile (Grenade)

While battling a large opponent: The larger they are, the easier to do the Tyrant super. Conserve specials because you want to try the Tyrant move + your Rocket Launcher cause connecting that will take half the life off a big guy. Keep your distance because you natually have the best assists (Emergency Dodge) in the game, and adding your partners and projectiles even makes it better.

While battling a small opponents: Lil' guys are real quick and tricky, you gotta keep your chin up and avoid specials and keep attackin them at all will, (use your helpers to block projectiles more than anything, and keep using projectiles) and you gotta avoid hangin around in the air. Your only advantage is assists and your specials, so use your specials wisely.

While battling an average opponent: Keep them at bay by using your dogs, birdies, and zombies, but remember if they jump a lot use your Grenades. If you have a close game, use the Pistol attack, otherwise keep a safe distance because your reach against average guys isn't very good.
