Strategy:
I've come to respect and love Juggernaut a lot lately, namely because of a lil trick I learned with his Power up. Just Power up and switch out, then when you use his assist or switch him back in, the damage he dishes out is still as strong as being powered up. One wouldn't consider the Overwhealming Force a big combo character. Not on the ground, but his corner air combo is one of the most devastating you can imagine with or without the Power up. His special is really effective against slow guys because there's not much of a delay.

Best assist: Dash (Juggernaut punch)

While battling a large opponent: You fill up the screen the most, learn to block and counter all moves. You have to avoid any possible projectiles, but you have to stay just outta their reach so you have enough time to counter anything. You want to utilize the reach of your Juggernaut punch, and when they start blockin too much HEAD CRUSH!

While battling a small opponent: Dash, and you will be thrown, block and you see the same results. You have no projectiles, block often but never when you're close. Gotta learn how to handle the close game, it's you're only way to avoid havin projectiles keeping you from attacking. The only good thing about a guy who constantly throws projectiles is countering them with a Head Crush, otherwise you just gotta get close enough and hit them with regular moves and Juggernaut punch when they're barely in your range.

While battling an average opponent: This is where Juggernaut shines, when you have mastered the art of close attacking, you WILL fuck up all average sized guys. Most speedy guys will evade, but all you have to do is NOT jump, and rarely dash. The only time you should ever dash is when they're on the ground or after you knocked them senseless across the screen. Time all "Head Crush" specials, even if they block it does good damage and your defense is comparable to the Hulk.
