Strategy:
Alright, so she might be a bootleg of Ryu, but she's still an interesting character and developed into a solid fighter in the series. For a small character she fights big, her normal moves can make opponents think her moves fill the whole screen. She's extremely fun if you enjoy attacking opponents up close, her air attack is pretty solid too, just don't get too trigger happy.

Best assist: Dash (Shououken)

While battling a large opponent: This is her main advantage, keep moving and avoid using the same moves. Normal punches and kicks will throw off your opponents and your air game is solid. Long as you keep attacking your opponent you should be fine.

While battling a small opponent: The small guys can be a problem, keep the game close but take advantage of your reach more than anything. Your moves can be predictable at times, but when you're playing close enough it shouldn't matter.

While battling an average opponent: Don't give them too much distance, you can hang with most of these guys ground or air. Just keep them within range of your fireballs and you should be fine.
