Seriously, I hate this guy, I avoid even spelling his name right. This guy is "Kobun" in the Japanese version, and the only good thing I can say is he has a lotta damage for a small guy. My biggest problem with him is not just his appearance, his moves are fucking annoying. I'm under the impression his size is meant to be a hard target to hit, and since his attacks include assists he's not supposed to be an attacking character. I still can't believe they added him in the game, if there's ever another version of this game released they better tell his ass to stay in the kitchen.
Best assist: Projectile (Rush)
While battling a large opponent: Stay away from the big guys unless using a special move, if close attack low. Depend on your assist to beat any of the big guys.
While battling a small opponent: You're the smallest guy in the game, gotta keep the game close due to projectiles, but you still gotta depend on your assists since your reach is pathetic.
While battling an average opponent: Safe to say you gotta keep it kinda close, but you gotta let your assist do all the work for you.
