Alright first off, Son Son is a fucking monkey, how can you toss a monkey in the game and not make them one of the best. There's some things that make no sense, I don't know if the original Dragonball has some episode where Goku (as a kid) got a monkey pregnet then instead of child support he gave em the ol' stick he had. Anyhow this character jumped outta nowhere, the footspeed and attacks are decent, but they made Son Son way too cartoonish for the game. This character is still playable, but this character really seems outta place here.
Best assist: Anti-air (Seitan regeki)
While battling a large opponent: SonSon's game can be more complex than though... Incredible anti-air, a projectile that works as three, and if you get thrown it can be really annoying and be a distraction. Keep moderatly close but if you have to use evasive attacks, utilize your projectiles.
While battling a small opponent: somewhat equal, but you have the ability to minipulate the system by growing or doing anti-air attacks that can hit an opponent with ease, try doing staying close with basic attacks.
While battling an average opponent: Steer clear of projectiles but if they don't do projectiles or have weak projectiles use your lil monkeys. You don't want them too far from you, but you gotta play keep away against most of the average sized guys. |
