| I remember back when 'X-Men: Children of the Atom' first came out, all these characters were mindblowing. Since then most of the character were changed to be more appealing and more effective while playing, unfortunately Spiral didn't change much. Still I gotta give Spiral some credit, for not really having a lotta moves or combos she's still tough, despite the fact they seem to call her daggers 'swords'. There's not a lot of speed or power, Spiral usually relies on sword attacks as defense which doesn't make her that appealing to most fans of fighting games. If you got her in your roster and can dominate, you definitly got some skills. Best assist: Projectile (Forward Sword toss) While battling a large opponent: Gotta be evasive, use your swords often and try to keep the game in the air. Only play a close game when you use your specials, otherwise avoid gettin close to the big guys. Your grapple game can be effective if rarely performed, but not the entire game. While battling a small opponent: Keep a close game, be smart when you use your swords or you'll get countered quickly. Avoid grapple attacks and stick with normal kicks, punches, and trips as your main attacks. You can attack in the air, but it's not very effective against the small guys, especially with their speed. While battling an average opponent: Aside from the other guys, don't try to hang out in the air too long, try to keep the game on the ground and only go in the air with your swords. Your only advantage is having the swords around you, otherwise use basic punches and low kicks as your main attacks. |
