Strategy:
  She's one of the toughest characters in the game to pin down. Unlike her flight capable friends, she can float in the air for an extra long time. Of all the characters, she potentially has the best keep away game, as long as she's not actually flying, she can't be touched,. Of course, she's been gifted with a formidable up close game as well. Her specials combo extremely well, only thing I recommend is constant dashing and only using special moves to finish off combos just cause they're predictable and easily countered.

Best assist: Expansion (Lightning attack)

While battling a large opponent: Keep evading, stick and move with your dash, always keep clear of specials. If you keep getting rushed, bring the game to the air. Focus your attacks to keep the big guys from being able to rush you, can't let a big guy get too close.

While battling a small opponent: If they rush you with projectiles, take the game to the air. You wanna stay extremely close cause Storm has quick moves and she's one of the hardest to throw.

While battling an average opponent: Use evasive attacks and get some projectiles flyin around cause Storm's close up game can get fucked up against the guys with enough quickness and reach.
