Shell Composition:  Layered "flex-metal" which can condense itself like a 3-dimensional accordion pleat.

Weaponry: Uni-beam,Multi-band light and force beam emitter that can be adjusted for a variety of effects such as search light, heat beams, tractor beam, lasers, image inducers, ultraviolet light, and electromagnetic pulse. 

Repulsors: Laser-guided particle beam emission units mounted in the palm of each hand. This armor's gauntlets have
wrist-top projectors as well. The gauntlets can also be detached and remotely controlled by the wearer.

Other Information: Introduced in issue 319. this armor has the ability to draw metal objects such as guns to it's surface with a powerful magnetic force. The armor surface can then reach temperatures so high it can melt them. The armor also has a refractory coating and a dampener which helps prevent bullet ricochet. The computer is the usual high tech equipment with various sensors, and imaging modes.
