Well. here it is about 5 months since my last update... UGH!  How come I have been gone for so long you ask?  Well, my life has had many, many twists and turns these past few months.  I guess the best way to do this is chronologically.  Hmm.... well I last updated around Thanksgiving.  For the holiday I went to Nate's mother's house with him.  This was the first time I met his mom and I was nervous as hell.  It turns out she is super cool.  She reminds me a lot of my mom and my family. After Thanksgiving, came Christmas.  It was a busy time of year, and I spent it with Nate's family again.  How nice to have family around at the holidays.  I missed that.  Nate had to work on New Year's though and so I had Shawnie over and when Nate came home just before midnight, we had some champagne and went to bed. Soon after the New Year, I threw out my back.  I herniated a disc in my lower back and it kept me out of work for a month.  Right after I went back to work, Valentine's Day came.  Nate and I went to Shogun and then to see 50 First Dates.  It was a good time.  I ended up having jury duty the week after Valentine's Day.  Since Monday was President's Day, it was a 4-day jury week.  I didn't get called until Friday.  However, I lucked out because even though they called me back and selected me for a trial,  just as we got back there, the case got settled. So I am free for another 8 years!  Go me, go me! The following week, I fell at work and have yet to go back.  I fell on my right knee and it hurt, a lot!  I thought I bruised it pretty good, and I did, however, I also cracked my knee cap.  Yes, ladies and gentlemen, I broke my knee.  I did not think it was possible.  I mean your knee cap is such a tiny thing, but alas, if it can be done, I will do it.  So, I went to the doctor this past Tuesday and the break has healed up nicely, but now I have to go to 6 weeks of physical therapy before the doctor will clear me for my job.  Yet one more thing has happened in recent weeks, Nate has moved in with me.  Yes, I am now cohabitational.  Amazing!  So far, things seem to be going smoothly.  We have to unpack him still, so we are living among a maze of boxes (again!), but he is on vacation this week, so it should be all cleaned up in the next couple days!

Laps i'm caught on a raceway one that drives me crazy on every turn but i think this run is different somehow it's found a new pace- -becomea line now let's hope that's just a pit stop ahead and not another lap

Bitch Fest

I have absolutely no clue why people think they have a right to intrude on my life when I have made it more than perfectly clear that I want them out of it.  It must be some sort of psychotic tendency that makes someone track down information on me and then confront me about it as if I want their opinion or commentary on my life.  What makes the whole situation even more amusing is the fake morsels I leave around for them to get their hands on-- they believe it all!
