Welcome to my tutorial for the golden firework frame I think you will find it very VERY simple. You will need Paint Shop Pro version 7 Here You will need this zipfile containing the tube for the frame its self. Unzip the file to your jasc tubes folder I included 2 orbs I use the second one. Tut zip zip In your psp open an image of your choice.. i resize mine to 400x400 but any size will work. go to images.. addborders... 45 and make sure symmetrical is checked click ok go to select.. select all.. modify.. contract 45 click invert slect the tubes icon on the left hand side of psp scroll until you find the fireworks ball tube you downloaded from this page fill the selected area completely with the tube i do it LOL one ball at a time to achieve the same look I got. You can play with the tube size for different looks. Once its applied while still selected I go to effects... sharpen. sharpen more an do that twice That is the frame, I know its like mickey mouse stuff, but if you apply filters with different effects the outcomes can be really marvelous.
