This picture was sent to me via webtv email.  It was taken with a camcorder with a cracked lense. I used the 'Remove a Scratch' feature on Microsoft Picture It 2000 to remove the line. I then added the rose frame with text. I also sharpened the image.  It turned out really nice.  They loved it and so do I !!!
