The House |
The house is situated on a working croft and was built in 1933 on the site of the original thatched building. The house originally contained a shop which operated until the 1970's. This was the home of the North Uist Bard; Aonghas Lachlainn and his younger brother and sister. |
The house comprises of a large kitchen with a fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oil fired rayburn stove and electric cooker, there is a sitting room bathroom and double bedroom downstairs Two twin bedrooms and a shower room upstairs. |
There are storage heaters throughout. Heating and electricity included in the price. Bedding and towels are provided Available from Saturday to Saturday. No dogs. No smoking in the house please. |
