The house is situated on a working croft and was built in 1933 on the site of the original thatched building. The house originally contained a shop which operated until the 1970's. This was the home of the North Uist Bard; Aonghas Lachlainn and his younger brother and sister.
The house comprises of a large kitchen with a fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oil fired rayburn stove and electric cooker, there is a sitting room bathroom and double bedroom downstairs Two twin bedrooms and a shower room upstairs.
There are storage heaters throughout. Heating and electricity included in the price.
Bedding and towels are provided

Available from Saturday to Saturday.
No dogs.  No smoking in the house please.
