THE FIRST LUMINOUS MYSTERY: The Baptism in the Jordan We ask for the Grace of Hope in the Lord, that with steadfast trust, we will desire eternal life. Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come, thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen. 1) "I am baptizing you with water, for repentance, but the one who is coming after me is mightier than I." (Matthew 3:11) Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.
