We did this page because so many people asked me what I get to eat and as you can see below I'm NOT starving.

Earl Grey tea with 1/2 cup 1% milk = 1 point

1 Orange = 1 point

Light English muffin =1 point

1/4 cup Eggbeaters in cheese omelette = 1 point

1/2 ounce fat reduced cheese = 1 point

1 slice back bacon = 1 point

Grape Tomatoes = 0 points

Total Brekkie points = 6

Lunch

2 slices light bread = 1 point

1/3 can red salmon = 3 points

Raw carrots, celery, tomatoes and lettuce = 0 points

Fat free sugar free CHOCOLATE pudding = 2 points

Small red delicious apple = 1 point

Total Lunch points = 7

Finally Suppertime

4 ounce chicken breast = 4 points

3 ounces potatoes = 1 point

Cooked carrots + onions = 1 point

Cauliflower, green beans and mushrooms = 0 points

Huge salad = 0 points

Sugar free strawberry and lime jello = 0 points

Ultra light Cool Whip = 1 point

Total points for supper = 7

Not shown bedtime snack 1 ounce of baked potato chips or 3 cups of low fat popcorn and a large apple = 4 points

Total Daily Points = 24
