Sleep Schedule
Reasoning: I am a morning person, and I regard it as part of obedience to God. My plan is as follows:
- As stated in Daily Life Paradigm, do Daily Planning right after dinner
- Turn off computer before leaving for work
- When I come home, I do my meditations and get into bed.
- I get up at 6:30am regardless of how much sleep I've had. I only nap or sleep later in one of two situations:
- I start getting sick from lack of sleep
- I have to drive a long distance and being tired would endanger my life
