MORE THAN JUST DUST
BY Mary Bierman

Do you know how special you are in the Fathers eyes?

So many times we get down and dejected about ourselves. It can be for many reasons. A lot of time we see ourselves for what we are, just human fighting being human, and wonder if we will ever be in the resurrection of the just.

I was looking at some verses I had jotted down in a loose leaf notebook. Verses that encourage me. They are in big print with a broad marking pin so the words stand out.

How can we be down if we are His children with these promises?

All things work together for good ( how many?)
To: them that love Him.
To: them called according to His purpose.
Wow what wonderful promises to stand on in any circumstances.
Do you recognize this as you?

It goes on to say that those he foreknew He predestinated ( to be in the image of His Son)
Those He predestinated He called
Those He called He justified
Whom He justified He glorified.
There are 25 words to what the word glorify can mean, and one has to choose the one fitting to the verse.

Romans 8:28 - 30

We have a purpose for being born. To be in His family forever. We have been justified through His Son from receiving the death penalty. We have been glorified. This is something that even we can't comprehend.

Dear Brothers and Sisters, we are not just dirt scooped up and made into an image of a man, but the Fathers on child made in His image. We are not just a throw away that is kicked around here and yon, or blown with the wind every time it changes.

We are justified, redeemed, aquited found no longer guilty by the blood of His own Dear Son by His sacrifice, of all past sins, and when we make a mistake now we can go to Him in deep sorrow for it and receive forgiveness!

We have been called with a Holy calling to be Holy people, to do a work of righteousness.

We are His temple where His Spirit dwells. 1 Cor. 3:16
We have been glorified in His sight. His glory rest upon us.

The world may kick us around, they can crucify us for our faith in the Father and His Son, but we have a special place in His heart, and He will take up for His children. It may be at the resurrection and judgement, but it shall not pass unnoticed by Him.
